The competition begins as we present before the participants some thrilling riddles.
The first set of teams who ace this part, clear the first round and proceed forward to solve the case!
The second round begins as the participants receive a budget and solve the case study by merging with and acquiring firms after thoroughly analysing and reviewing various aspects of the companies.

The first round consists of a quiz round which will assess the participants’ knowledge and understanding of recent business news. The teams which clear this round will move to the next round.
In the second round, the selected teams will present their startup ideas, which will be the basis for their selection for the next round.
In the last round, the finalist teams will present their solutions to the panel of judges. The solutions presented must be feasible and practical and must convey clarity of idea to the judges.
